AREAS OF FOCUS:
Mental Health Support (Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Grief), Digestion issues, Pain management, Women's Health
“My goal is to improve your day to day functioning through balancing and supporting your physical, mental and emotional states. This goal could translate to you as reduced physical pain, deeper, higher quality sleep, improved digestion, decreased anxiety, and less pronounced PMS, to provide a few examples. My methods are tailored specifically to the individual, but pull from my training in traditional Chinese medicine, which includes acupuncture, herbs, energy work, cupping, gua sha and moxibustion."
“Traditional Chinese medicine, as compared with western medicine, is simply a different map for looking at the body. In our map we look at patterns. We see groups of seemingly unrelated symptoms and are able to link them together into a diagnostic pattern. These patterns expressing themselves within the body, paired with your specific constitution, inform how we determine your individualized treatment protocol.”
